Business simulation in a post-apocalyptic future

Startopia is a business simulation game with the aim of developing several space stations to accommodate a diverse range of aliens in a post-apocalyptic world. With cartoon imagery, and elements of humour throughout, the game is one that is aimed at the casual player. Having said this, Startopia is deep in some areas. There is a fully functioning alien society, with relationship and racial aspects implemented, plus there are nine unique character races. Even though the game was not a huge commercial success, Startopia was warmly reviewed by critics.
